“DON’T HURT ME”

I’m going to be honest with you

I’m afraid to fall in love

Because deep in my heart I’m scared

Maybe it’s not all that I was thinking of

The thought of love and lost

Comes to frighten me so much

What if I open my heart to love you

Then you disappear after my heart you touch

I come to you with my heart open

Promise to me you’ll show me mercy

My love is true as the words spoken

Life’s a desert, for your love I’m thirsty

There may have been others

Yet you’re the only one I think

I got butterflies floating in me

If I lose your love my heart will sink

How can a feeling so good

Also make one feel so weak

Your love’s always on my mind

At night makes it hard to sleep

I pray on the daily

Put my hope and faith in God

To come across true love

Over come all odds

You cause my heart to burn in flames 

Your touch is like nothing else

Tell me that you truly love me

Don’t hurt me like everyone else

I’m sorry I have to tell you this

But I’m dying on this earth

I haven’t had a chance to show you

How much to me you are truly worth

The thought of leaving you brings me sorrow

It’s killing me within the inside

I don’t know if I’ll wake up to see tomorrow

Today though my love for you I shall not hide

I’m going to spill my heart out to you

Tell you the truth and how I deeply feel

I fell for you from first sight

My love from beginning has always been real

I should have told you this before

I just didn’t have enough courage inside

You’re my world and all I ever adored

You know I speak truth not once have I lied

So if tomorrow comes and I am no more

Now you know how I’ve always felt

How my love for you is pure in stored

My whole heart was yours and no one else

“STEP INSIDE”

It’s hard for one to give you love

For my heart has been broken before

I hope you really accept ones love

So my heart shall have to search no more

It’s been broken and shatter to pieces

Yet found a way to heal right back

Each time it gets stronger and increases

Then comes once again under attack

The pain has become just to much to bare

Trust is now almost become impossible to earn

My heart has given up on the feeling to care

If danger approaches its fire will let you burn

Now it’s got a stone wall around it

To protect from everything at all times

No longer shall it let itself be neglected

You’ve earned your right to step inside

People are just as candles are

Fragile and as delicate as a dove

Appreciate them whether near or far

Give your heart to them whole heartily love

Our flames are turned on gently lit

At any moment a breeze can blow it out

Enjoy there light while you have it

Show them how much you care without a doubt

If tomorrow comes and it’s the end

Show your love for them today

If ones heart is broken give yours to lend

Love one another each and everyday

For things in our life may come and go

Our love though here is beyond forever

Let them know you love them more than words show

How much you’ll cherish them now and forever

That everything goes well

Perfect for one all should stay

Your life to be happy, nothing shall fail

For the moment the sun arises

So come to understand and realize

As much as it may hurt to say

I may have just lost my friend

The memories we had of yesterday

Will stay with me until the very end

I shall be there for you always

When you’re in need I’ll rescue you

I once said I’ll carry you through any storm

Now you see the words I spoke were true

For selfish I shall never be

To show I care, I can not stand in ones way

Happiness upon thee I wish endlessly

That you should live each and everyday

For I won’t dare lie

That’s the true strength in I

Honesty is my gift

Uncertainty is no more with me

Why would one ever jeopardize

Putting themselves in turmoil

You have to understand and realize

My place by you is forever loyal

To always show one respect

Never can one hate you see

No thoughts to ever neglect

Pure of heart is instilled in me

My love is of a different kind

It’s now a dying breed

No longer around to find

I may be the last of the seed

Sitting here thinking as I grab my girls hand

Surprised at the act she says she loves me

I caress her body so she comes to understand

Gentle is my touch the passion she comes to see

Showing in me she trust with her soft silky skin

I wrap my arms around her for hours end

I tell her how much one cares like no other before

Tenderly kiss her lips I promise all worries I’ll mend

Now laying there underneath the glazing stars

Our bodies, mind and soul become one as we intertwine

Making love for now all worries seem far

Hearts beating as one this sensation is like no other kind

I grant thee each and every need, fantasy and desire

The sun begins a new as we plan to spend life together

For you will always be my queen and this your empire

Embraced in each others minds and hearts forever

Never felt like this before that hour

With thy love so pure and sweet

Thy face like a lovely flower

Came stole ones heart away complete

One will tell no tale

Thy legs refused to walk away

Heart dropped, just fell

Everything turned to clay

One couldn’t see anything

Spoke with thy eyes end to start

The world around began to sing

Blood rapidly pumped within ones heart

Never have I seen such a beautiful face

As the one I stand before

Ones heart has left its resting place

With one it now stays stored

How could one break my heart

Show no kind of shame

Tore my world apart

As ones eyes dropped rain

Now you have no clue

For one could not see

The things I would do

Were done for you not me

Can take no more lies

I see a brighter day

With a new sunrise

Stop the pain right here

Pull myself back together

Leaving I do not fear

Now I must move on

Go my separate way

Find one to love thee

Hard for one to give thy heart

For it’s been broken before

I’ll do my best from end to start

So it may trust another once more

Slowly will I open my heart

Little at a time no need to rush

Once within never apart

I hope thy loves one even more

Never would one think to depart

“MOTHER”

This goes out to my mother I hold dear

She helped give me life on this earth

I will forever hold her in my heart near

Staying by my side since first day of birth

She is the person that helped make me the man I am today

Without her I don’t know who’d I be

This is the reason why my heart is so pure each and everyday

You are appreciated for always truly loving me

Family and friends encourage one to do better

My mother though is forever the foundation

Whenever I need help through a storm to weather

She was there always for me without hesitation 

So I now open up my heart to say I love you

I may not have told thee each and everyday

Understand every word I wrote to be so true

Within ones heart you shall inside forever stay
