You broke my heart in two

I felt ones pain inside

Never do I want to see that in you 

I’d come to give you my all

To take away your pain

No tear shall ever fall

Here to protect you from the rain

Do all I can make no mistake

Be there for you everyday

Seeing sadness in you brings heartache

With all my heart I’ll guard you always

Until the very end and from the start

This love I have will remain

Keep you happy is the role of my part

I thank thee with all my heart

You’ve done more than you know

Give all I can from end to start

For showing me how to grow

Learned of new ways to look at life

Shed some light on darkness

To show all would be alright

Move ahead on things I once missed

Life may come and go

Here today yet gone tomorrow

I appreciate all I’ve come to know

Moved passed the pain and sorrow

For if tomorrow were to be my end

I’ll forever enjoy the present

Why would any one

Come to treat you so cold

I’ll never understand

For in you life you come to hold

I’ll come to treat you like a pearl

Unique one of a kind

For you are like no other in the world

Give you my all to make you mine

Yet it’s hard to understand

Other peoples thought of mind

I’d would never dare neglect you

You are my world, heart & time

For your heart is like glass

So I come to make no mistake
